2026 Beach Permits
About Beach Permits: (Mobile vs. Sticker)
The Town of Babylon offers two convenient beach permit options for residents: a traditional vehicle sticker or a mobile permit accessed through your smartphone. Both options provide the same beach access and are assigned to a single vehicle based on the license plate listed on your registration—they are not tied to an individual person.
Sticker permits are purchased in person at designated Parks Department locations and are applied directly to your vehicle. Mobile permits, on the other hand, are purchased online through the Yodel Portal or app and require document submission and staff approval before purchase is completed. Mobile permits are fully digital and will not be mailed as a physical sticker.
Residents can choose the option that best fits their needs, whether they prefer the convenience of a mobile pass or the familiarity of a physical sticker.
