The Town's Planning Board studies and makes recommendations concerning zoning problems to the town board. The Planning Board considers and approves the filing of subdivision maps for home development, requiring the necessary site and street improvements. Scheduled meetings of the Planning Board meet on Monday evenings at 7PM in the Town Board Room at Babylon Town Hall.  Planning Board Public Hearings are also live-streamed on the Town's YouTube channel.
