According to Town Code: 133-25.1, residential property grass can be eight (8) inches high and grass on vacant lots are permitted to grow as high as two (2) feet. If a property is found to be in violation of this Town Code, a letter will be sent notifying the property owner to cut the grass. Property owners are given 10 days to comply or a summons will be issued.

According to Town Code: 213-75.14, when installing a personal property fence, the good side must face out and away from the house.

According to Town Code: 144-7c, lawn service companies and landscapers are permitted to work Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, and on Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
