According to Town Code: 106-21, residents are allowed to house four (4) dogs in their home. According to Town Code: 106-6, no person who owns, possesses or harbors a dog shall permit or allow such a dog to bark, howl or whine in a loud or prolonged manner which shall unreasonably disturb any other person.
