Our system is currently down as we are upgrading to a new online permitting system called OpenGov. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any payments, documentation or schedule any inspections at this time. Beginning February 2nd you will be able to apply for all Planning and Development applications and access any existing applications through our online portal. The portal will be linked on our website (TownofBabylonNY.Gov). In the meantime, please feel free to create an OpenGov account. Keep in mind that our portal will not be available until February 2nd. Further instructions will be posted on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to connecting with you online!

Once we are live, please e-mail the department to gain access to your application. The e-mail must be from the original applicant and include the address associated with the OpenGov account. You will have the option to add additional guests to your application.
