The Planning & Building Department will soon transition to a new online application system, making it easier for residents, contractors, and applicants to submit and track applications digitally.
As part of this transition, the Town will temporarily pause the acceptance of all Planning and Building applications and documents from January 27 through February 1. Beginning February 2, all applications and supporting materials must be submitted online through the Town’s new system.
The new platform allows users to submit applications at any time, track application status in real time, and make payments securely by credit card.
Due to the system transition, the following boards will not meet during the month of February:
- Zoning Board of Appeals
- Planning Board
- Rental Permit Review Board
- Accessory Apartment Review Board
Access to the online application system will be available on the Town website.
